Make sure you eat a lot of vegetables, fruit, fiber, protein and omega-3 fatty acids that can be found in fatty fish, walnuts and tofu. And green tea is a great antioxidant which will help you recover quickly after you do some exercise. It also keeps both your metabolism and mood up without needing caffeine.
If you’re getting all of your vitamins and minerals from your diet, then you don’t need a multi-vitamin. Otherwise, it might help to take one of these along with Omega-3 pills. Most people have a hard time getting enough Omega-3 in their regular diet so it’s very likely that you will need this type of supplement.
The next step is one that is commonly ignored when it’s time to accelerate fat loss but it’s extremely important: Make sure you are getting enough sleep. Some find it hard to believe but sleep is one of the secrets of fat loss that people don’t really pay attention to. Among other activities that lead to losing weight, your body actually produces the majority of its fat burning hormones when you sleep. You’ll soon find that if you are sleeping enough weight and fat loss will come easier.
Finally, reducing stress can help you in your strategy to accelerate fat loss. There are many ways to go about this as well such as yoga and meditation or simply taking some time out for yourself. Exercise also helps with this. Remember that fat loss is not something that happens overnight. It takes time and possibly some changes to your everyday routine but you will be able to measure your results easily by following the tips above.

One way to change the pattern is to stretch the muscles that were shortened in front of the hips. You can do this with exercises like the “stomach vacuum” where you stand upright, put your hands on your hips or over your head, and then blow all the air out of your lungs. As you exhale, you want to expand your chest and bring your stomach in as far as you can. Hold it there but do not hold your breath. Pretend that you are trying to touch your navel to your backbone. Start with that and progress on to more advanced exercises as you build up strength.
The way that this helps you to reduce the fat in those areas is that it helps your body remember the way it used to be. The area will firm up as it does so and you will start to see a flatter appearance in your belly and a firmer appearance of your buttocks.
These are some female fat loss exercise tips. But in order to really eliminate the fat and keep it off, you have to learn to eat right. Eating right does not equal dieting or, especially, starving yourself. Eating right means giving your body the foods that provide energy and keep your metabolism up. Make sure you are getting all of the vitamins and minerals you need. You can get them from vegetables, fruit, lean meats, whole grain carbohydrates, eggs, nuts and non-fat or low-fat dairy products. It’s also a good idea to take an omega-3 supplement if you feel that you aren’t getting enough of that in your regular diet. Omega-3 is most prevalent in oily fish like tuna and salmon, and oils like olive oil and flaxseed oil just to name a few. Calcium is very important as well since it prevents common conditions like osteoporosis. Eating the right foods gives you the energy you need and the right fat-burning combination.
